Ultrasounds and X-rays

Contact our team to schedule your pet's next diagnostic exam.

Thanks to our cutting-edge equipment, we can even perform ultrasound scans right at our clinic.

How long does it take for X-ray results?

We examine the X-rays as soon as we’ve finished taking them. In most cases we can give you the results immediately. In more complex situations, we send the results to an external radiologist for their professional opinion.

Does my pet have to be asleep during an X-ray?

Most animals do not need to be sedated for X-rays. However, if your pet is anxious or unable to remain still during imaging, we may need to administer a mild sedative.

Are X-rays painful?

Not at all! We use exactly the same process as for humans, and it involves zero pain or discomfort.
